These Terms of Service apply when you access the Zenara website or purchase products from Zenara. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Zenara products and website content are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.

Store Platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product materials, colors, dimensions, and finishes accurately. Screen settings, lighting, handmade production, leather texture, plating, and material variation may cause minor differences.

Measurements marked as manual measurements may have a small reasonable variation.

Personalized Engraving

Personalized products may accept engraving of up to 28 characters, subject to the space and design limitations stated on the product page.

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate engraving text. Zenara may make minor adjustments to spacing, capitalization, or layout when necessary to achieve a readable engraving.

We may reject engraving requests containing illegal, threatening, hateful, or infringing content.

Once production or engraving has started, a personalized order generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the store or checkout. We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing or product-information error before fulfilling an order.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order enters production or shipping.

Shipping and Returns

Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. These policies form part of these Terms of Service.

Product Safety

Zenara chokers, collars, chains, and leashes are sold as fashion accessories. They are not certified safety, climbing, suspension, medical, protective, or restraint equipment.

Intellectual Property

The Zenara name, product photographs, graphics, written content, logos, and original designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Prohibited Use

The website and products must not be used for unlawful purposes, fraud, harassment, intellectual-property infringement, or activities that endanger another person.

Service Availability

We may update product availability, prices, descriptions, features, and website content. We may cancel or limit an order where fraud, payment risk, inventory error, shipping restrictions, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

If we cancel a paid but unfulfilled order, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenara is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow safety instructions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Applicable Consumer Rights

Mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country or region continue to apply. If these terms conflict with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right takes priority.
